¼ cup of oatmeal
1/3 cup of bread crumbs or panko bread
¾ cup grated hard cheese such as Parmagiano Reggiano
2 eggs
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp of fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tbsp of fresh parsley leaves, chopped
For the glaze sauce
½ cup marinara sauce
or made from scratch version
1/2 cup of ketchup
